Seminars can either be an evening course (min 2 hours), one day (4-6 hours), or over two day's (8-12 hours).

Private sessions can be arranged for individuals or groups at a place of the students choosing or at our dojo (min 1 hour) at very reasonable cost.

 

Private Lessons could Include:

Any aspect of Traditional Karate Training from beginner to advanced karate-ka either individually or in small groups.

Advanced Kata or 2 Person Drill Training.

Ladies only self defence classes, these could be booked in pairs or small groups.

Martial Arts Exercise Class, concentrating on Health, Fitness, Flexibility and Stress Relief using karate techniques.Can be taught individually or in small groups. Similar to Tai bo or Boxercise.

Special Martial Arts Classes for Senior Citizens concentrating on Effective Self Defence, Health and Fitness and general well-being including special Breathing Chi Kung Exercises.

Special Childrens or Teens Classes. Self defence, Discipline Fitness and Health for youngsters, best in small groups.
