Enfield Beginner Karate Training

Children beginners are catered for at both our Saturday or Wednesday Classes.

Adult beginners are catered for at both our Monday and Wednesday Classes.

A six session course is on offer at a cost of £35.00 (Adults) or £30.00 Children.

After the course is completed the student will be offered membership of the Club and be able to train at any of our classes during the week.

The course includes:

Warming up and preparatory exercises.
Basic techniques of punching, kicking and blocking (Kihon).
Basic sparring and two person drills (Kumite).
Basic solo drills (Kata)
Conditioning techniques and warming down exercises.

Beginners should turn up 15 minutes before the session begins for registration and wear comfortable loose clothing.
